Since 2012 we have been serving a community of resellers and customers in governmental and non-governmental organizations, the financial industry and other business sectors. Olectra is a channel-only distributor; we take a project-led, consultative, and collaborative approach, working with our channel partners to generate demand, improve your profitability, and grow our business together. Service plays a key role in our business; we have a fully-trained sales team providing our customers with excellent customer service and we can also provide marketing support. As well as this, we have in-house engineering resource and can assist with design, installation and training where needed.

- Sell the company’s products and services.
- Provide clients with technical consultancy.
- Be the main contact person for our resellers, walk-in customers and negotiate prices with them.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
- Promote the organization.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Perform research on the competition’s products and services.
- Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
- Ensure stock levels are well maintained.
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in ICT as a salesperson in the UAE.
- Excellent in English, both oral and written.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
